Trained by some of Japan's finest chefs, Laura decided to set up this charming downtown restaurant nearly two years ago to share her passion. Laur'Asia - we appreciate the pun - offers dishes with unique flavours, blending products imported from the land of the rising sun with the unique flavours of Cotentin produce! The latest addition is a smart lunchtime menu, with a choice of two or three courses. Definitely one of the best restaurants in town.
