Now located in the port of Cherbourg, this famous restaurant offers original, fine cuisine, prepared with flair and talent.
This is the city’s gastronomic reference, facing the outer harbour and offering a panoramic view of the ballet of boats. Sober, chic, with subdued lighting and an open kitchen, this is a very upmarket restaurant. Each season has its own menu, and Pierre Marion makes it a point of honour to cook only the products of the moment, and first and foremost seafood. You can choose between two menus (Violette and Janne) in 4 or 6 courses - with wine, even better. The plates are regal and works of art. Service is impeccable.

Si les dégustations étaient excellentes nous avons eu la fâcheuse constatation d'une série d'amuse-bouche. Il est regrettable qu'à ce prix de 68 euros il n'y ait pas eu de part plus consistante.
