It’s already been five years since the Bistronautes have been delighting Cherbourgeois, and the story continues! In this gourmet bistro offering simple and generous dishes, the emphasis is on local products, like these veal kidneys à la Normande, to die for. Open for lunch, but also in the evenings at the end of the week, the place also offers a beautiful cellar, with many great wines and beautiful discoveries in perspective. The welcome and the service remain excellent. Last advice: reservation is recommended on weekends.
