HOLY TRINITY BASILICA
Basilica of the Holy Trinity with a square tower on the west side and a high altar that represents the Baptism of Christ.
A simple church existed at the origin, then William the Conqueror built the second one on its ruins. The Hundred Years War inflicted many damages on it, it was rebuilt and then sacked by the revolutionaries in January 1794. The restoration of the 19th century flanked the building with a square tower on the west side. The high altar represents the baptism of Christ. It is one of the symbols of the city. Surrounded by a pedestrian square, it is located a few meters from the marina. This jewel is gradually being renovated - starting with its roof.
