The initiative is progressively spreading in Western France, and has been present in Cherbourg for a long time now. Nous Anti-Gaspi sets up an anti-waste channel with local producers, and thus establishes a win-win system: the producer does not produce at a loss, and the consumer gets much cheaper products.
