This nice cheese shop has chosen to move closer to Cherbourg town centre by migrating from Équeurdreville. Just a stone’s throw from the theatre, the beautiful shop surprises with its impressive selection, most of which comes from local producers. In the basement, a ripening room allows Duronaj to offer excellent cheeses. Finally, like any good cheese shop, dairy products are offered. Special mention to the reception and the great knowledge of the staff, who know their products and how to advise customers.

I walked in knowing the French words for sharp cheese, but she looked at me funny. Using her fingers, she showed me I was asking for a pointy cheese. I should have done a little more research. But I was lucky she spoke English well, so I was still able to walk away with some fantastic cheeses. The best one was the brie with truffles in the middle, wow. When you're done in here, go up the block to the other corner for some bread, perfect match.

Très belle fromagerie avec du choix de qualité. Nous avons commandé plusieurs fois des plateaux de fromage et nous n'avons jamais été déçu. Le personnel est également très aimable donc rien à dire je me fournis en fromage exclusivement chez eux !

Excellente adresse. Fromages régionaux en particulier un gouda truffé tout simplement délicieux. Et une crème fromagé à la figue qui m’a réconcilié avec les figues !

Nous avons fait appel à la fromagerie Duronaj à de nombreuses reprises et plus récemment pour le vin d'honneur de notre mariage, c'était, comme toujours, excellent !!! Nos invités ont adoré et nous avons reçu beaucoup de compliments . Nous recommandons les yeux fermés !
