Muy agradable el hotel, las habitaciones son muy limpias y el personal siempre dispuesto a ayudarte ????, lo único a tener en cuanta es qje esta un poco lejos del centro, pero se puede recorrer sin problema a pie

No recomiendo este hotel para nada. Tuve una experiencia horrible cuando me alojé allí. Me dieron una habitación equivocada, que ya estaba ocupada por otras personas. Fue un error muy grave, que me causó mucha incomodidad y vergüenza. No sé cómo pueden ser tan descuidados y desorganizados. El personal del hotel no se disculpó ni me ofreció ninguna compensación. Me sentí muy decepcionado y molesto. El hotel Cervol es un desastre, no vale la pena gastar ni un euro en él. Le doy un 0 sobre 10.
