Buena presión de agua en la ducha.
Productos higiene.
La comida no puede ser peor. Es como si alguien que no tiene ni idea de cocinar, se hubiera puesto en cocina…
Instalaciones anticuadas, aunque limpias.
Lo peor. La cama tenía rueda en dos patas y se movía mucho, al sentarse o al girarte durmiendo. Zona de bastante tráfico.
⚠️CAUTION⚠️ if you reserve the package with Caldea, make sure you know that you will not have any flexibility on the time or day that the hotel select for you to enter the spa. Even though we wrote a note on the reservation, emailed and called them, they did not respond to our request for a specific entry time (since we had other commitments on the trip) and we ended up having to deal with the incompetent front desk staff who didn’t make any provisions or compensation. We had to change all of our plans for the trip.
