This magnificent 4-star hotel is located in the heart of the Arinsal resort, 150 metres from the direct access cable car to the slopes. It has 165 comfortable rooms, some of which are equipped with a hydromassage bathtub, offering a feeling of total comfort. The large wooden restaurant rooms with verandas are both luxurious and friendly and offer large and hearty buffets. The Hotel Princesa Parc offers a variety of options (all-inclusive or half-board) and has a very good spa.

Estamos alojados en un supuesto 5 estrellas, por la noche estamos a 5 grados, hace frio en la habitación, llamo a recepción para informar y me dicen que la calefacción no se va a encender, porque está automatizada y me proponen traerme mantas... Señores...estoy con dos niños de 3 y 5 años en un hotel de 5 estrellas y tenemos que pasar frío??? Menuda vergüenza de hotel en cuanto a bien estar de los huespedes.
Cuando me marche de aquí ampliaré la reseña con la calidad de la comida del restaurante a carta... que deja bastante que desear tambien...

Hotel encantador, en una zona privilegiada, y con una atención de 10. Lo único q no nos gustó fue lo incómodo que era aparcar en el garaje, y que la habitación tenía bañera hidromasaje y para hacer ducha normal era muy incómoda especialmentecon niños. Pero el resto genial.
