Excellent mountain hotel in Ordino with a restaurant, in a rustic and elegant setting, with very complete rooms

This is an excellent mountain hotel belonging to the Plaza Hotels family. It offers a combination of charm, tradition and comfort in a rustic and elegant setting. It is a highly recommended option for nature lovers, skiers and outdoor activities. In addition to the extensive rooms (standard and suites), the outdoor facilities are also remarkable: Storvatt Nordic bath (heated water with wood-burning oven) and a spa-wellness area.) Excelente ubicacion para el que quiera disfrutar del Pirineo mas bonito y con mejores vistas en Ordino,habitaciones bonitas,comida insuperable de estrella michelin,y el trato con el recepcionista Alexis,un gran profesional.Mi chico y yo,hemos disfrutado mucho de esta estancia de 10.Muchas gracias a todo el personal y nos vemos pronto.❤️????????❄️⛷️⛷️

Petit hotel ubicat a la carretera, a la Cortinada, petita població passat Ordino. Servei molt amable, habitacions correctes. Ben ubicat amb algun restaurant interessant a prop. Dificultats per estacionar gratuïtament. Bona opció per fer excursions a primera hora a Sorteny.

Es un hotel més o menys actual però li falta inversió en manteniment de les instal·lacions, per exemple la nevera de la habitació no funcionava i ens varen dir que pràcticament totes estaven trencades. El spa és molt fluixet i no funcionava el bany turc. El wifi del hotel no arriba a totes les habitacions i en el hall tampoc funcionava bé, hui en dia hauria de ser imprescindible tindre bona qualitat de wifi i a més en Andorra on no hi ha roaming. En quant al bufet, el menjar és prou repetitiu però està bo. Els llits de les habitacions són tots individuals, no hi ha de matrimoni. En el poble tot el Parking es de pagament. Com a punt positiu, el personal és molt amable i servicial, sobretot el argentí que està en recepció.

Lo mejor del Hotel el encargado Argentino que estaba al frente, muy atento, las camas incomodas, el baño regular y el almuerzo nada del otro mundo, no repetire.
