The atmosphere of 1920, with its painted red chairs, may not delight everyone but the atmosphere remains elegant in this small room. Gourmets will delight in the delicacy of dishes and presentation efforts. The particularity of this luxury restaurant is to stay affordable at midday with a very well cooked menu.

Maison Manesse offers exciting and creative dishes. The food itself was delicious, with unique flavor combinations that pushed boundaries. However, the wine pairing wasn't quite to my taste, featuring more experimental selections compared to classic pairings.
The service was friendly, but the pacing of the meal was a major drawback. The wait times between courses were excessively long. Our 6-course meal took a staggering 4.5 hours, which significantly disrupted the rhythm of the fine dining experience.
Considering the long wait times that detracted from the flow of the evening, I'm hesitant to say Maison Manesse fully meets the standard of a 1-star Michelin establishment.
Overall: If you're looking for adventurous food, Maison Manesse is worth considering. However, be aware of the potential for extended wait times and a more relaxed atmosphere compared to other fine dining options.
