Good pastry, fine and traditional, but with a serious penchant for local products! Many of them are indeed flavoured with pommeau - yes, you have to like those with a little taste of alcohol, but rest assured, they are not the only ones! You will be delighted to try one of the specialities of the house, the Normand - not a very original name but what a flavour! - or the Secrets de Coutances, which will remain so until you taste it. A sure value of the city: guaranteed affluence, especially in the mornings and at weekends!

C'est une petite merveille qui réunit savamment plusieurs traditions Normandes ... On a l'impression de manger un frêle nuage entre deux crachins, c'est un gâteau qui fait plaisir à toutes nos papilles et aussi à la vue.
Beurre, crème, pommeaux, meringue.
La messe est dite, comment marier ces ingrédients typiques Normands pour offrir à notre palais un incommensurable plaisir doux, sucrée et le tout relevé d'une pointe fine d'un alcool qui sent toute la richesse des pommes Normandes ?
C'est ce gâteau, je reviendrai à coup sûr le chercher encore et encore même habitant à 300km d'ici.
