After years during which the establishment was managed by the Roupsard family, this famous butcher’s shop on Avenue de la République became the home of two young - but experienced - professionals, Samuel Addes and Valentin Cheron. We will mainly remember the delicious dishes made on-site, and the possibility of using their services for private events.

Ce soir, dos de cabillaud accompagné d'un risotto et des petits légumes. Le tout nappé d'une sauce carottes ???? curry ( je crois). C'était excellent, comme d'habitude...

Excellent traiteur. Repas de 154 personnes réussi grâce à la compétence de l'ensemble du personnel. Nous avons déjà prévu de travailler à nouveau avec eux en fin d'année pour un dîner d'assemblée générale . Bravo.
