After years during which the establishment was managed by the Roupsard family, this famous butcher’s shop on Avenue de la République became the home of two young - but experienced - professionals, Samuel Addes and Valentin Cheron. We will mainly remember the delicious dishes made on-site, and the possibility of using their services for private events.

La boucherie font de la bonne qualité et je connais un des employés le neveu de ma femme. Et on a prit de la marchandise pour le repas de Noël et c'était raffiné.

Très bon traiteur, nous avions commandé un buffet froid très copieux qui a beaucoup plus aux invités. Quantité rien à redire, je recommande!
