On weekends, the terraces of Beau-Rivage Café, BaR and Lobby Lounge are very successful with Ouchy's walkers. It is right because these spaces are true islands of paradise in the middle of 10 ha of greenery, facing the lake. The bar, retro-chic, is a cocktail bar (with possibility of mixology courses) and a cigar bar. As for the Lobby Lounge, it is nice to share a afternoon tea during the winter days. Its large glass windows make the bright room the day, the atmosphere thrives at night… Luxurious luxury for a great escape.

Enfin de la diversité dans une carte. Que du bonheur. Qualité excellente tant dans le choix des produits, que dans la manière de les cuisiner. Service haut de gamme, avec une très bonne connaissance des produits (plats, vins, cocktails), attentionné, souriant. Certes, cela n est pas à la portée de toutes les bourses, mais sincèrement, allez-y vous ne serez nullement déçu.

Comme expliqué au serveur (très bon par ailleurs), nous avons bien apprécié les entrées, les vins et les desserts, en revanche les rougets manquaient d'originalité, étaient "quelconques" par rapport à une carte de cette qualité. On aurait préféré avoir un ou deux filets plutôt que le rouget entier avec sa peau qui n'était qu'à moitié grillée.
