As if in an eagle's nest, you overlook the river and Fribourg from the first floor of the restaurant. A bucolic escape for a lunch break where the flavours exalt authenticity, as with the homemade pumpkin or lemon ravioli. We appreciate the meetings around the Sunday brunch which is very popular with the locals. The small verrines inspire the freshness of the pastures and the berries hidden in the panna cota the fruits of the surrounding forests. An atypical place with Fribourg charm.

Vendu comme « la plus belle terrasse de Fribourg »au téléphone au moment de la réservation mais c est seulement si vous allez boire un verre… si vous voulez manger vous vous retrouvez entre deux murs sans rien voir de la Basse Ville.
La cuisine est bonne ( pour 220.- à deux elle peut) mais le service est des plus brouillon ( service lent, réservation en terrasse oubliée, le vin servi après le plat, l addition pour six au lieu de quatre… à chaque table son sketch… ) si vous êtes d humeur à rire allez-y sinon passez votre chemin…
Le service était particulièrement souriant et aimable.
