Ressourcée - you’ll appreciate the pun - is a cultivation centre whose biogas comes from a nearby landfill, and which specialises in the highly prized organic micro-algae called Spirulina. Hundreds of metres of heated ponds allow a large and high-quality production. Here, the micro-algae is also dried and packaged before being offered for sale, in the form of twigs or powder. Spirulina from Normandy is one of the best; it is an exceptional food, sold on site and in delicatessens.
