THE CHURCH OF DOMJEAN

Small village church located in Domjean, with a century limestone bas-relief.
It is a small village church that is well worth a visit! The building of Saint-Jean has a bas-relief in limestone from the 15th century, and is classified as a historical monument. Another nice surprise is the three statues, also listed: a wooden Virgin and Child, a stone Saint-Jacques and a polychrome ecce homo. Finally, eleven bells ring regularly. Yes, a visit here is well deserved, especially as the town is easily accessible, on the road to Saint-Lô which is only fifteen minutes away.
