Founded in 1987, this shipping company operates regular services between Marseille and Algiers. You'll travel on one of the four ships in its fleet: El Djazair II, Tariq Ibn Ziyad, Tassili II or Badji Mokhtar 3. The crossing takes around 21 hours. The company is also offering a new urban shipping service between Algiers and Tamentfoust (La Pérouse), to the west of the bay. There is also a link between Algiers and Béjaïa. An alternative to air travel for discovering Algeria's magnificent coastal landscapes.
