This pretty couscous bar has been set up under one of the vaults facing the port. It's run by a friendly Italian-Algerian couple who have turned it into an original place. The decor brilliantly blends tradition and modernity, and there's a little surprise at the bottom of the plates: a number corresponding to an Algerian saying posted on the wall. A lovely way to discover the country's rich culture, as well as its gastronomy. And there's nothing to say about that either: you can compose your own couscous or choose from one of those on the à la carte menu.
