In an alleyway near Place Audin, l'Étalon is a popular restaurant, both for its culinary offerings based around meat and fish dishes, and for its musical evenings on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, when you can dance to the sounds of a DJ. It's best to book ahead for these evenings - the atmosphere is guaranteed! Beware, however, for those who want to relax and chat quietly, as the music is very loud on these days. The place remains well frequented and the clientele is respectful. For a trendy evening out.

It is too expensive. The codes of gastronomy there are imitated, mimed, nothing more. Some meat ends served in a matching dish for the decor on a pretty white tablecloth… The tower is played! Marketing, you pay the decorum… Unfortunately, the music was not that day, I were alone in the room. The two employees were professional, ceremonious and sickly sweet with want facing the tired and lost traveller who I was…
