The Hotel Samir is particularly noteworthy for its location in the heart of the capital. Right in the heart of Algiers, the hotel is housed in an old colonial building on rue Didouche Mourad. Although the hotel is fairly clean and decent, its rooms are not very comfortable and provide average services. Breakfast is decent. Beware: its downtown location makes it noisy, and there's no elevator to the upper floors. Air conditioning and WiFi in all rooms.

I spent 2 nights at this newly, interest is that it is well located, the services are very average rooms really cool, not ascendor.
