The Hotel Samir is particularly noteworthy for its location in the heart of the capital. Right in the heart of Algiers, the hotel is housed in an old colonial building on rue Didouche Mourad. Although clean and decent, the hotel's rooms are of basic comfort and the service is average. Breakfast is reasonable. Beware: its downtown location makes it noisy, and there's no elevator to the upper floors. Air-conditioning and WiFi in all rooms.

I spent 2 nights at this newly, interest is that it is well located, the services are very average rooms really cool, not ascendor.
