HÔTEL ES-SAFIR (EX-ALETTI)
Hotel with wi-fi and restaurant offering a view of the port of Algiers.
Overlooking the port, the old Aletti Palace is no longer as sumptuous as when it was inaugurated by Charlie Chaplin in 1930. The establishment may seem a little neglected, but it has nevertheless retained a tremendous charm. You just have to enter the reception hall, to pull the gate of the old elevator, or to taste a coffee in the bar-tea room to appreciate the Art Deco style of its architecture and to imagine the atmosphere which could reign there. We love it!
