L'Algéroise is considered one of the best patisseries in Algiers, and for very good reason. The cakes have an old-fashioned taste, are fresh and delicious. It's easy to fall for a good portion of kalb el-louz and/or several dziriettes. In any case, this is an old institution that has been open since 1964, and Hadj Ali, who is very proud, won't hesitate to show you behind the scenes: gigantic oven, copper pans, old scales... An absolutely traditional address in every respect. Ideal for gourmets.

J grew up in this district at number 16 and therefore I know el Hadj that god preserve it exceptional cakes excellent and pure tradition I live from 30ans in France and I have only his place for my French friends. Recommended Nora boudiaf
