One of Algiers' best-known pastry chefs and caterers. You'll find all the traditional oriental cakes (Baklawa, M'khabez, Tanit, Papillon, Bdjaouyette...) but not only. Behind the shop windows, pastries and fine creations are accompanied by savoury preparations, including sandwiches and mini-pizzas with spinach, cheese and homemade crème fraîche. Several addresses in Algiers and Oran, including one at Algiers airport for those who want to sample these delights again before leaving and do some last-minute shopping.
