Lieu improbable déniché en fouillant sur Internet. Très bon accueil par un passionné des bonnes choses, plusieurs sortes de saumons fumés (peu fumé) et aromatisés de manière originale (au calva, au whisky, au gin). Très bonne qualité au tarif raisonnable avec en prime une boutique "épicerie fine".

Très bel atelier de saumon fumé dans l’écrin de la baie du Mont Saint Michel où l’on sent que le produit est travaillé avec passion et décliné dans une variété de fumaisons et d’infusions.
