Christine and Jean-Paul, two French who have the taste of adventure, have elected to Okahandja, a few metres from the handicraft market. At the entrance of their Bed & Breakfast, it is a wooden warthog that welcomes you; in the living room an elephant sculpture draws his trompe towards the ceiling. Crossing the Omulonga hostel is a good initiation for visitors interested in African wood sculptures. If you wish, Christine and Jean-Paul will give you the best pipes to get them. Do not hesitate to take a step at home if you are going to Okahandja, you will receive a warm welcome. You can then sample Christine's specialities and listen to the advice of Jean Paul, an independent guide.

Auberge tenue par un couple de français, très convivial, c'est une étape assez proche de windhoek qui permet d'éviter les tumultes de la capitale. Cuisine familiale et très savoureuse, cadre soigné et très bon conseil pour la suite du voyage. Je recommande cette étape pour tous ceux qui découvre la Namibie pour la première fois.

Ideal stopover on the road to Etosha or to the North. The welcome Christine and Jean Paul deserves five star and the cuisine is worth the detour. You will be recommended for your trip in Namibia because they know all the treasures of them. The 4 rooms (there are 2 more one family!) are comfortable. A stop not to be missed!
