The Cape Cross Lodge is a success. Offering different types of very carefully decorated rooms (with a marine atmosphere, of course), its common rooms with large windows overlooking the ocean make you want to forget yourself for a few days. A small and cozy wine bar built below sea level has nothing to envy to the good taste of some fashionable addresses in Europe. This lodge is an excellent base for visiting Cape Cross, and can also serve as a starting point for exploring Skeleton Coast Park.

Les emplacements sont grands mais trop rapprochés pour moi. J'ai acheté un bon WIFI mais cela n'a pas fonctionné. Certes bien en tant que client de l'hôtel, mais en tant que campeur c'est fonctionnel.

Premier jour au lit après le camping et c'était un luxe pour moi. L'endroit est au milieu de nulle part, à côté de la mer, la belle chambre, les lits merveilleux et les grands draps. La terrasse donnait sur l'océan et on pouvait voir les phoques nager. Ils coupent l'électricité à 22h et elle revient à 6h du matin, c'est une déconnexion de luxe. La réservation comprenait le dîner et le petit déjeuner, bon et très bien servi. Il y a un petit musée gratuit intéressant et aussi une boutique. La personne à la réception n'était pas particulièrement sympathique mais le reste des employés l'étaient. Un séjour vraiment agréable, à renouveler et fortement recommandé.
