Château surrounded by parkland of some 20 hectares, now owned by the Flamanville municipality.
Château de Flamanville is surrounded by some 20 hectares of magnificent parkland, accessible all year round and free of charge. Occupied by numerous lords over the centuries, it bears a striking resemblance to the famous Château de Moulinsart, well known to Tintin fans. Today, the château is owned by the commune and is listed on the supplementary inventory of historic monuments. Built between 1654 and 1660, it is the venue for numerous exhibitions.

Today, Château de Flamanville is a private residence and not typically open to the public. However, the exterior and the gardens can often be admired from outside. If you plan to visit or have specific questions about the castle, it's a good idea to check for any visiting arrangements or guided tours that might be available during your visit.
