L’ÉCUME
Restaurant with a terrace offering traditional homemade cuisine, fish, and meat.
This is a deliciously traditional address. As soon as you arrive, you will be welcomed with a wide smile and you will be invited to settle in the room or on the terrace. The decoration of the room is rustic; you will spend a moment looking at the paintings, the trinkets, the fresco at the back of the restaurant, and small objects that reflect what the owners like about the place. Catherine and Jean-François are so passionate that they have passed on their love of the profession to their children. In the kitchen, Jean-François, assisted by his son, will prepare a traditional and homemade cuisine. As for the room service, Catherine and her daughter are taking good care of their clients. Let's talk about cooking: as a starter, the fisherman's salad is a wise choice and to continue on fish, how about a wolf fillet, scallops salpicon, poached in its white butter. There is also some meat, like the duck breast with honey and spices. L'Ecume is undoubtedly one of the best addresses in the port.
