We can organise customised treasure hunts for large groups, birthdays, seminars...
There are two opportunities to go treasure hunting. The first is to discover the rocky plateau of Leucate, with its pierced stones, fauna, flora, and cliffs, in a fun and enjoyable way! With the help of clues in the box, discover this massif along the paths winding from La Franqui to Leucate in an exciting treasure hunt. According to local legend, during a sea crossing, Mamie Louche, our favourite pirate granny, met the most famous Leucatois, Henri de Monfred, a renowned Red Sea adventurer. For some obscure reason, he decided to offer her a secret map that he believed would lead to the greatest treasure of all. Now it's up to you to discover it. Head for the cliffs of La Franqui, which Henri called his kingdom, and discover the booty of this famous sailor! This adventure lasts between 2h30 and 3h, depending on the route taken, and can be completed on foot by children aged 8 and over, or by mountain bike. The second adventure takes place in Port Leucate. Beach bag in hand, you'll be helping Pat de Leucate, the famous and friendly local pontoon boat, who dreams of mastering the wind. Thanks to your discoveries of riddles, our friend can become a true windsurfing legend! Boxes and beach bag kits are available from the Leucate tourist office and info points. More details on the website. Tailor-made treasure hunts can also be organised for large groups: anniversaries, seminars...
