la coopérative laitière est située dans une ruelle piétonne de le Praz (impossible de se garer en voiture à proximité). La boutique est petite mais très très bien achalandée en fromages locaux, en vins et spiritueux, charcuteries diverses et même biscuits. Il y a de quoi se régaler.... En saison il ne faut pas avoir peur de faire la queue !!!! La patronne est sympa et bonne conseillère. Les prix sont raisonnables et les produits d'excellente qualité. Ici les fromages ont du goût !
