LA CROIX DE SAVOIE
A gastronomic restaurant with a panoramic view, in a bioclimatic hotel in the heart of preserved mountain pastures, close to the ski lifts of the Carroz resort. A very natural family business! Edwige Tiret, the mother, is in the kitchen, assisted by Léonie. Moreover, the family home has been transformed into a hotel restaurant to serve as a showcase for this exceptional chef. The gastronomic restaurant, born at the same time as the hotel opened, has favoured local dishes with revisited Savoyard dishes: Aravis farcement, diots de Savoie and gratin de crozets... And in a more refined bourgeois version, where the vegetables and herbs of the organic vegetable garden play a major role: homemade organic bread slice with figs and five berries, goat's cheese serac with vegetable garden herbs, sweet onions and veal chiffonade; rabbit saddle with mint, fennel, panisse and celery from the garden; soufflé minute with blueberries and sorbet. Some dishes can be adapted in gluten-free, vegetarian and even vegan versions. A cuisine in line with the spirit of the place, which seeks to combine contemporary comfort with respect for people and nature. The warm welcome, attentive service and fine selection of the sommelier Gaétan, the son and director of the restaurant, speak volumes about the benevolent demands of this beautiful address.
