GAEC DE BALLANCY
Here you will find the choice between cow's cheeses and goat cheese. Access within minutes. Cheese is used in the morning (except Tuesday and Sunday). In the winter, a "open doors" day is organised every Thursday by the Tourist Office. Ballancy farm is open from October to May. From June to October, the activity moves at 1 760 m above sea level in the pasture of Airon, cows, goats and pigs facing the summits of the Fiz, the Iron Cross and the Great Platières. There is a visit to the Lake of Airon and enjoy good mountain cuisine served in rustic dining rooms: cheese cake, farcement, potato doughnuts, charcuterie. It is very recommended to book.
