Maître Restaurateur and member of the Collège Culinaire de France, Eric Vasseur cooks fresh produce and smokes his own fish. Shellfish, fishmonger's platter, seafood platters, large seafood buffet... The menu is concocted according to arrivals, with specialties such as grilled lobster, parillada du Cap, IGP duck breast, beef entrecôte or tartare. Service is professional and pleasant. Reservations are essential in summer.
