PAPY'S GRILL
Restaurant offering homemade seafood cuisine and a fine list of local wines in Cap d'Agde.
Located at the very end of the Cap, this young, modern-looking restaurant, run by Cynthia and Fred, overlooks the outer harbor and the fishing boats opposite the harbor master's office. The young couple's cuisine is exclusively homemade, using fresh produce and offering suggestions on the slate as they arrive. You'll be served a fine selection of seafood dishes: mussels au gratin with Picpoul cream, oysters au gratin with Noilly-Prat, grilled bass with aïoli sauce, red mullet in tapenade, shellfish platters, fish parillada (cuttlefish, sea bream, gambas, etc.), cuttlefish rouille à la sétoise. But carnivores are not forgotten. All these dishes are accompanied by a fine selection of local wines. The setting is warm and welcoming, the staff always smiling and attentive, and the plates superbly prepared. Undeniably one of the best value-for-money restaurants in Cape Town, and that's not even mentioning the desserts! To whet your appetite: chocolate and cookie tiramisu, chocolate moelleux, Madagascar vanilla crème brûlée, strawberry cappuccino.

Bon moment
