LA TABLE DE K'NA
Restaurant in Cap d'Agde with bistronomic menu of Mediterranean flavors and local menus
If you ask around, they will tell you that the Table de K'na is one of the best addresses in Cap d'Agde. Situated on the water's edge, facing the Ferris Wheel, it has a charming setting and orientates its bistronomic menu around the flavours of the Mediterranean. Inspired, the young chef awakens traditional cuisine with seasonal products and Italian nuances. His menus give an insight into his gourmet universe, which is both very local and surprising. On the day of our visit, we fell in love with the mussels au gratin with chorizo and parmesan cheese as a starter, an introduction full of character. We continued with a duck magret au caramel de Banyuls, a very copious success. With a full belly, we did not give in to the call for desserts but here is what was on offer: homemade chocolate fondant, Piña-Colada style tiramisu, lost brioche with milk jam, cheese platter and Colonel (lemon and vodka sorbet). Another reason to come back!
