Traditionally, beach restaurants in seaside resorts are not known for their quality and precision of service. Fortunately, establishments such as Millesim Plage come to contradict this bad reputation. In a dream setting, feet in the sand and facing the sea, the address invites gourmets to a moment of relaxation and delight, orchestrated with flavours by chef Vincent Berthelon. With the help of delicious raw and fresh products, mainly from the Occitania region (local fishing, meat from the Aveyron...), he concocts harmonious and colourful plates. Tinged with spices from all over the world, they are largely inspired by the terroir and our neighbours to the south. Among the must-sees of the place are the fillet of sea bass snack served with a virgin sauce with grilled chorizo, beef with truffle salt and the chocolate-raspberry flowing nems, a festival of flavours!

Acceuil et service au top ( mention spéciale pour Evan ), qui est très agréable et professionnel.
La cuisine est toujours aussi bonne, des plats de qualité et très goûtu ( cher et peu copieux ) mais nous savons que nous payons le cadre.
Étant venu à la fin de la saison, nous avons eu le plaisir de pouvoir profiter de la carte du restaurant sur nos transats !
3 premières rangées de transats enlevées pour la fin de saison, mais les premiers transats restants ne sont pas comptés en «première ligne » c’est appréciable.
