Fans of the excellent restaurant "Les Vagues" at Grau d'Agde will be pleased to learn that chef Thierry Grard has had a second home since 2015. Open all year round, it allows you to enjoy atypical and delicious dishes without any time limit. If the address resides within a soulless hotel complex, it seduces from the moment you enter. Born from the fusion of the chef and his team, it has a very warm setting and is structured around a quality restaurant, a festive cocktail bar and a lounge area. We appreciate the simplicity of the décor, the friendly service and the promise of the menu. On the cocktail side, the mixologists were inspired by the flavours of the world to create a colourful and cosmopolitan menu, an invitation to travel. At the table, you will find the chef's contemporary cuisine: lobster ravioli, sea bass with saffron risotto, tuna tataki, lemon meringue tart revisited... Special mention for "l'Éphémère", a dessert that reveals all its delicacy after hot chocolate has been poured over a globe. We'll come back to it, without any hesitation.
