Founded in 1979, it was one of the first establishments located on the beach of the naturist village. Thanks to its renewed in 1989, it deserves its name, offering a remarkable cuisine in a framework seen on the horizon, dominating the beach, sand and sea, with its deckchairs inviting to idleness and to the tasting of cocktails. From the brand new teak terrace, or from the large room, you admire the panorama by taking breakfast or by attablant at lunchtime, by giving in to the smells of the dishes, such as grilled lobster with its émulsion emulsion, linguines to clams and clams to the pesto of coriander, brulée crème cream to gingerbread and figs. Conflict lamb in the scents of the garrigues, the géante giant grilled with ginger and lemon. For desserts, quality and choice are there with the strawberry pie served in glass, the verrine of lemon dough and pop corn caramel… All the products are fresh and carefully cooked and many of them enjoy them since they return every day to discover suggestions of the day in slate. And in the evening, we put small dishes in the big ones. Starting in May, the hotel offers two animations per week with varied music. Cocktails, drinks, ice cream and good humour are all the day…

I have gone back for 30 years from time to time to drink a coffee or enjoy a cocktail.
Robert Sabatier have been eating there enprofitant shellfish all of the sun and very good rosé the agathois.
Nothing changes: always a cool stunning views and atmosphere.
I confirm! Breakfast seen on the sea is a moment of happiness. The lunch and dinner are a festival of flavours!
