With Christophe at the helm and chef Claude Sarg, this is one of the village's finest restaurants. Here, everything is prepared to order in front of you in the chef's open kitchen. Specialties include marmite de la mer, bourride de lotte de Bretagne (monkfish stew from Brittany) and fiançailles, which combine pan-fried foie gras escalope and roasted scallops. The menu includes oysters from the Thau Basin, fillet of beef, cuttlefish rouille à la sétoise, line-caught red tuna and fresh market suggestions.

En plus on vous propose, Lunette, plaid et les rinces doigts sont "bluffants)
Seul bémol, les tarifs, mais on a,rien pour rien.
