Vacation residence near the beach with studios and apartments with terrace.

Established on the Ile des Loisirs, this holiday residence is located just a stone's throw from the Richelieu beach and many fun coastal locations (Luna Park, Aquapark, international golf...). Quiet, it remains nevertheless close to the dynamic centre of the resort and is close to the shops and restaurants of the port. Endowed with a lush garden, it offers several ranges of accommodation, from studios for two people to 3-room apartments (8 people). Decorated in a modern and warm way, the accommodations are equipped, air-conditioned and have a balcony, terrace or small garden. The rental gives access to the communal swimming pool, the laundry and a bar area (from April).

Calme,propre rien à dire grand studio et fonctionnel pour 4 personnes même. Parking fermé et sécurisé donc au top. Tjr très bien accueilli par Carmen. Tout le personnel est agréable et résidence tjr aussi propre. Nous sommes déjà venus l'année dernière à la même période et nous reviendrons sans hésiter l'année prochaine. Très bon séjour merci à toute l'équipe

Très bon accueil par la responsable Sandrine,le personnel dans son ensemble actif et sérieux les chambres sont propres,la piscine agréable avec possibilité d être á l ombre.Tous commerces ainsi que plusieurs belles plages accessible á pied,la résidence est très bien située.Nous avons passés un excellent séjour.

2ème année à la résidence du golfe, nous nous y plaisons car ce n'est pas une trop grande structure. C'est propre, pas trop grand. Nous voulions un 1er étage il n'y en avait pas, finalement au rdc nous étions bien, seul bémol pas de séparation avec les voisins alors que les autres logements en ont une, c'est à revoir. Même si les voisins sont sympathiques on aime sa tranquillité.
