In the heart of the seaside resort, the residence Le Saint-Clair was completely renovated in 2008. You will be installing in one of the 80 different apartments (from the studio to the two bedroom apartment). They are bright, the decoration is careful and some, extended by a terrace, enjoy a view of the swimming pool, marina or city. Each accommodation is equipped with a kitchen area, a bathroom and, at least, two sleeps of 90 cm x 190 cm. A hotel formula is also offered in double or twin rooms, also with en suite bathrooms. On site, you can discover Fort Brescou or the Ephèbe museum; enjoy the 11 km of beach nearby or some of the good thalassotherapy centres on the coast.

Points + : bien placé (près du port et à 10 minutes à pied de la plage) et la piscine top
Points - : les studio sont à rafraîchir, la literie à changer, l'odeur d'urine qui émane de l'extérieur, on ne peut pas profiter du balcon, le fait qu'il n'y ait pas de parking

Dans le brochure on devait avoir une cliim en fait il s'agit d'un rafraichisseur, on devait avoir un lit en fait un canapé.. Pour la literie un oreiller arraché, on nous l'a changé mais cela aurait du être fait avant notre arrivée, pas de lumière dans l'entrée (ampoule grillée).. Meuble de salle de bain abimé. Désolé mais nous sommes très déçus de cet établissement, dommage très bien situé au CAP D'AGDE.

chambre non nettoyé à notre arrivé à 17 h , il faut attendre 17 h pour avoir les clés et le menage n’est même pas fait appartement sale pas désinfecté c’est inadmissible!! les draps n’était même pas dans l’appartement il fallait réclamer alors qu’il était compris dans la réservation je recomande pas du tout cette résidence trop sale!!!!!!

Résidence qui se dégrade, pas d’entretien. Mur moisi, litière avec plus que 3 lattes sur le sommier. Bruyant, vaisselle avec des restes du précédent locataire. Dommage car résidence bien situé… Nous avons été très très déçu., la réception nous a promis des ajustements qu’ils n’ont pas respecté. IL SERAIT GRAND TEMPS QUE CETTE RÉSIDENCE SOIT GÉRÉE PAR DES PERSONNES COMPÉTENTES !!!!
