On arrival I was hit with an additional cost of a bed for my child! Despite having booked for 2 adults and 1 child, they charged an extra €120 for the kids bed despite already having paid for the holiday. Unbelievable. As a no. Refundable deal, there was nothing I could do but pay the extra money. ||I have never come across this before and my booking confirmation from booking.com clearly lays out local charges. And this was not one of them. ||As a gesture, they did offer a free ‘express’ breakfast which was really uncomfortable as they watched and policed our every move in the restaurant. Just felt weird, uncomfortable and really disrespectful.
