For the past three years, the associations "L'Oursinade du Môle" and "La Route des Vignerons et des Pêcheurs" have been organising a tourist event centred around the region. At the heart of this convivial event is the sea urchin, a dish full of flavour and spice! Nicknamed "the beast that stings" or "the sea chestnut", it reveals its contours and richness during this spring weekend. Around the Place du Môle, animations and several tasting stands are set up, they offer it in different recipes and also propose it for purchase. Plates are also covered with shells, tidbits, mussels, moulds and pastries, and a few local wines will be able to accompany the whole as they should.
