En 15 ans de séjour au cap d'Agde je n'ai jamais vu une prestation aussi éloignée des standards de qualité et Cap nat n'a pas daigné donner suite à ma réclamation.
La responsable m'a dit au téléphone que j'avais pourtant vu les photos avant de réserver. Mais les photos ne montraient pas :
Les prises électriques pas aux normes, la chaise fendue, la crasse, la moisissure, la vaisselle et les couverts gras, les fientes de mouettes, etc....
Louer cet appartement au prix fort est une honte, tant il est resté dans son jus depuis sa création sans entretien sans rénovation sans réel ménage.
