A gourmet institution in the Deux-Alpes resort, La Marjolaine chocolate factory has been delighting gourmets since 1959. One of the very first shops on the plateau, created by grandfather René Buatois, it has been run by 3 generations of chocolatiers. Today, Sylvain Buatois and his wife Audrey carry on the family tradition with passion, relying on regional products such as Grenoble walnuts, génépi, blueberries... and Valrhona chocolate? A lovely summer terrace to savor frozen treats.
