This small, unpretentious restaurant is open for lunch and caters to locals who work in the area or are just passing through downtown. This modern café is riding the trend by offering a dozen sandwiches and a dozen refined salads. Green and colorful compositions, with quality ingredients. We are far from the soft bread and the greasy slice of ham, but closer to the dried tomato, the Italian provolone or the smoked salmon from Alaska. The emphasis is on healthy, vitamin-rich vegetables and fruits.
