KINCAID GRILL

In this restaurant with a rather discreet and subdued decor, one comes to taste high quality cuisine. Alaskan products are grilled or revisited in an international style, particularly Asian and Italian. The local King Salmon, for example, is encrusted with peanuts, tinged with red curry and accompanied by rice vermicelli, broccoli and a Thai-style cucumber salad. Also on the menu are oysters au gratin and an interesting fusion soup with shiitake mushrooms, king crab and lemongrass-infused coconut milk. Nice wine list.
