This elegantly decorated restaurant serves sophisticated Alaskan fusion cuisine and American-style dishes. The star of the menu is the very original Halibut with almonds, delicioushalibut fillets in an almond crust with a beurre blanc and cider sauce, jasmine rice and the chef's vegetables. Fresh oysters are served with either a half-liter of Riesling or a gratin of roasted scallops in a cream sauce with basil and sautéed spinach. Good wine list, beers and signature cocktails.
